We’re not a call centre!
All our call handlers work from small office locations, and are trained not to “just take a message” but actually make sure they are saving you time.
They’ll get to know you and your company, your products and we’ll even ask for a “cheat sheet” so we can answer simple questions which an on-site receptionist would usually be able to answer. The Call Girls are:
Emma:
Emma heads up the call answering team. With a varied administration background including accounts and recruitment, Emma brings her bright and sunny disposition combined with sharp business acumen to the team, working from Glasgow.
Emma is our social media guru – Twitter and Facebook are all managed from her beloved iPhone!
Hazel:
Hazel works afternoons from Glasgow, and also makes sure all the day-to-day admin of setting up new clients is taken care of. Her job is to make sure we have all the information from you so that we sound as if we’re part of your team.
Hazel’s favourite drink is chai latte and she’s perfected making them from her home office in Glasgow… Hands off – they’re hers!
Hazel comes from a car industry background where she kept all the salesmen in line, so she’s no shrinking violet.
Sacha:
Sacha is our only “offshore” VA – based in sunny France, but a UK national. We defy you to be able to tell the difference, as whereever our VAs work from, you’ll still get the same great service. Being an hour ahead of us, Sacha is just that little bit more awake in the mornings.
She’s a “model” call answerer – she used to be a catwalk model but relocated to France for the lifestyle and to pursue her “New life in the country”. As well as call answering, she manages property and plays the stock market.
Sara:
Sara works from Manchester and is our newest recruit, but she has flung herself into the Calls Sorted lifestyle, supported by our close knit team.
