- Fair Usage Policy for Trial: Call answering trials are for one week only and must not be used as holiday cover, for promotional purposes or for in excess of 25 calls.
- Payments are due on receipt of invoice.
- Calls Sorted reserves the right to halt Call Answering services if bills are not paid.
- Calls out with your call allowance will be charged at £1 per call and be billed at month end.
Submitting work:
- All queries relating to messages should be submitted to our central email messages@calls-sorted.com. This ensures the whole team sees the email and the relevant person can respond ASAP.
- Queries by phone should be made to 0141 255 0101, this number is answered by the Management team and not by the person answering your phones so it keeps your line free for your callers
- If you wish us to send or reply to emails on your behalf you must supply an email account. We cannot send emails on your behalf from an @calls-sorted.com account.
- If you wish us to return calls on your behalf these are charged at £2.00 per call. The person answering your calls will not necessarily make these calls, as they are required to keep their line free for incoming calls.
- Updates or changes to your company should be emailed messages@calls-sorted.com i.e. price changes, product updates and new staff. This ensures we are always giving your callers the most up to date information. All information and updates are stored on our “Virtual Notice Board” to ensure the whole team is up to date.
- Please email messages@calls-sorted.com if you are going on holiday or are off sick and let us know how you wish us to deal with your calls i.e. should we explain you are out the office for two weeks or will you be picking up your emails as normal?
- If you are running any promotions (discounts, special offers, Groupon, LivingSocial etc) please let us know in advance so that we are prepared for a higher call volume and can let your callers know full details of what you are offering.
Disclaimer and Applicable law:
- We will not be liable for any losses you might sustain arising directly or indirectly from our completing work save in so far as the same arises directly from our negligence.
- This contract shall be governed by the Law of Scotland. Please help us help you by sticking to these rules.
